Sitting or Laying Down

Any time of the day, find a quiet room with a comfortable chair, couch or bed where you will not be disturbed by anyone or anything for the entire 12-minute audio. Complete silence and total focus is necessary.

Sitting or laying down, place your arms by your side with your hands open facing up or down, whichever is more comfortable. It is best to take your shoes off if laying down.

When you feel totally comfortable, start the GradePEP audio exercise and follow all directions for the entire 12 minutes.

Once the exercise is complete, take a minute to bring your body and mental state back into the room.

Listen to the GradePEP audio exercise twice daily for at least two weeks.
