How To Use Your GradePEP Audio Exercise

Find a quiet room with a comfortable chair where you will not be disturbed by anyone or anything for the entire duration of the 12-minute audio exercise. Be sure to let people know you do not want to be disturbed for the duration if there is a chance someone could enter the room. Lock the door if necessary.

Shut off your phone ringer and any alarms. Complete silence and total focus for the entire 12 minutes is necessary for this audio exercise to work.

Sitting or Laying Down Both Work

If sitting, use any comfortable chair (soft recliner works great) and place your feet flat on the floor with your hands facing down relaxed on your thighs. If laying down or reclined, place your arms by your side with your hands open, relaxed and facing down. Sitting or laying down, be sure you are totally comfortable.

Put your phone next to you during the exercise. Do not put your phone in your lap, on you, in a pocket or hold in your hand during the exercise.

Using any type of comfortable head phones, start/play the GradePEP 12-minute audio exercise and simply follow all directions given for the entire 12 minutes.

Once the 12-minute exercise is complete, take a minute to bring your body and mental state back into the room before continuing with your daily activities. Or, you can go to sleep if you do the exercise at bed time.

Listen to the GradePEP audio exercise twice daily for at least two weeks, once in the morning and once before going to sleep.

Be sure to follow all directions each time you listen to the audio exercise.

You can follow this audio exercise for as many days as you wish after the initial 14 days.
